Yes, I have the png.iconmodule. It's the same version. Scaling works well in my old Sam 44o Flex. I reduce to scaling a 32x32, and don't work, it's not a png icons fault. tested in Sys ( original OS4.1 icons) and don't scale. I try to convert the png icons, but if I remember well, in 4.1 FE works in all icons.

I have the same problem, but only sometimes, not in every boot.

I think the problem is a faulty SATA conector on the board. ( The cable moves too easy, and with much play ).

I make the next :
Switch off
Move a little on SATA conector in board.
Reconnect
Switch on, and boots fine.

I have interesting queston. When X5000 first time boots DVD drive is presen as wel for Media Toobox, AmiDVD. But after warm reboot there is no more DVD in system... Of course after hard reboot DVD is present. The p5020 SATA driver is still not finished in regards to ATAPI devices so I wouldn't worr...
