As the Kickstart modules load only a B&W progress bar and some text above it are displayed. rebooting before clicking the Finalize in the lower right corner?

If not then give it a try, switching the computer completely off to reboot afterwards.

Can you try this again without ever starting Dopus. Just use the Workbench and drag the files into the ramdisk
window. Just an experiment.
