Re: we need inbuild keymap switcher as commoditie
Some of our languages have different type of input (like Cyrillic for Russian, Serbian, Poland and if i remember right Greek and some others too ? and i am sure not only those ones), so in most of cases we want to have system in one language but have ability to type in different (our) languages. Fo...

Re: Modern HP scanner and printer support, NTFS r/w
Well, as much as I hate to disappoint, I think you'll be waiting a lot longer than that. Printing is something that would take a dedicated team a year to get releasable, and that's having access to all the relevant specs for these modern printers (many of which are "Windows" printers). Si...

Re: Kinda disapointed, need to share my views
The 3D graphics driver and overlay is something all parties involved have been trying their best to inform potential customers all about prior to purchase. I own the SAM 460 myself and have no problems with overheating. Simple stuff like including the SDK on the Install CD/Archive and offering the ...

Re: Modern HP scanner and printer support, NTFS r/w
FWIW, my modern HP LaserJet (CP4520dn) is supported just fine through the WB Postscript driver and lpr.device (RAW). Best regards, Niels http://os4depot.net/index.php?function=showfile&file=utility/print/lpr_dev.lha Thanks Niels, this means printing to a PC via network, not directly to a printe...

Modern HP scanner and printer support, NTFS r/w
Well, If we gonna go productivity at least some support to modern LaserJets is needed, scanners too. For file sharing NTFS support would be great, as well as previously mentioned EXT support. Hope these will come as priorities after OS 4.2 is out. A lot of work to do, but please express opinion if y...

Re: Fully EXT3 Support
Why is EXT3 support needed? For example, acess to files on Linux partition from AmigaOS side, or having one data partition for both Linux and AmigaOS. Since all PPC boards are also Linux supported, that would greatly help those who do boot in Linux for some productivity apps unavail in AmigaOS yet,...

Re: My AmigaOS4.1 skins and questions
I am not asking about MorphOS here, of course, but I am asking about - how to create this kind of style of skins. I will not copy MOS skins for aOS, I would need explanation how I can create this kind of graphics where in windows you can have defined width of graphics [top left of the window], spre...
