I just switched graphics cards in my A1 and when I rebooted the screenmodes didn't show up after I had changed the tooltypes and done a warm reboot. I did a cold reboot and then it worked. Don't know if it is related but I thought that I should mention it.

Ok great, that is the only other card that I have for AGP 2x and it got only VGA out so I can not test it. Do you have a serial cable? Can you report what happens at boot time? There should be a lot of debug information spat out, reporting what the monitor replied when interrogated. That information should include all the supported screenmodes, max and min scan frequencies, etc. Without it, the DDC isn'...

I don't know if this should be its own threat but it's MUI related. If I use Wookiechat and click the different buttons at the bottom for channels/people the list with name flickers on the left side for a brief moment. It doesn't cause a crash or anything, it just looks a little weird.
