Ive testet with a Voodoo3 PCI but its the same CFE-Bug as with my Nvidia Quattro FX.
It hangs at the CFE Intitialtest at the Moment where normaly CFE aktivate the VGA-Subsystem. So my Friend we need an new CFE for it.

SOLVED!
I change my old NAS (D-Link_DNS313) to a newer one (Netgear ReadyNAS 102) , an what can I say : The Network is stable now.
I Download a CD.iso and copied is back. Work without Freeze. The setup was done with Odessy1.23r3

I will try KillRDB but the UW-SCSI_devices (I my Case 3 UW-HDDs from my Amiga4000) are already with an RDB on it.
But my Question is: Why a SCSI-Driver for OS4.x when no one can say this (Insert SCSI-CardName here) were tested with this settings on a NG-Amiga

I dont read from which Medium should start the Installation of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. For Install Linux you need a rootfs as the Ramdisk. Which must generate before You can boot the Kernel. I boot the Kernel3.14-rc2 without Radeon.dpm=0 and it works
