IMO, there's nothing to change.
If you still have an opened file, then the icon stays to warn you that you have an opened file that you won't be able to save.

I have "only" 3 USB sticks and I can remove them and the icon disappear...

For what it's worth, I just tried inserting many CDs under Update3 and opening the drawers and doing a "Find" in them. And when I removed the CDs all icons disappear. I wonder if the icons stays because you use a non-OS4 tool like Dopus to access the CDs. Dopus or any other tool may keep a...

This is fixed in workbench.library 53.30 that will be in Update3...

Ok, I don't have such behaviours (both first key and key repeat) on the tested Update3 so I guess your problem will be gone when the update will go out of the door.

I checked on the Extra directory on the ISO CD (the one for Sam460 but all should be the same). The .cd is there.

Anyway, you should report that to the original author of AmiFTP who submits the archive to us. Well at least I gues it worked like this.

It's reported since some time now in our Bugzilla (bug 5265).
I guess it's not the most important feature. Maybe one day...
