There is a Bug in Prefs/WBStartup 53.25 (06.10.2015):
Select a item from the Startup modules list, lets say SYS:Utilities/SGrab for example.
Click the Information button.
RAWBInfo will pop up showing the wrong icon information.

My guess is that the memory is missing because you need some adress space to map the pci cards and other hardware into it.

If i remember correctly dvd-ram on os4 will use sfs/00, while the rest of the world is using udf. so you can only use it for backups.
