Re: nvgetvar crashes on MicroA1-C

Thanks the anvswer Tonyw! It is solved finally. I found that the a1ide_conf and a1ide_xfer nv variables are missing so fixed it and called a saveenv command at the UBOOT prompt. After that, nvgetvar works again. Tried to test it again and temprarily removed that two variables, but nvgetvar still wor...

nvgetvar crashes on MicroA1-C

A recent SysMon update drew my attention to nvgetvar while crashed at start. As the developer asked, I tried to call nvgetvar in shell which is crashed. Further testing made it clear that it is crashing when called it without any parameters. I have not found any info about nvgetvar, but I think it l...

Re: PartitionWizard broken?

I have no X1000 (yet), but lost PartitionWizard on all of my machines (Peg2, uA1). I don't know when it worked last time, but definitively used it before. It seems that others has the same problem: http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=39340&forum=14 Has PW any known issue o...

Today my system went unworkable. After starting the loaded kickstart only black screen was on the display. When I booted without startup-sequence it gave me a smartfilesystem checksum error on a given sector. The requester was dismissable. I have just repaired the partition by booting from CD and ba...

2. Remove the right-click devices to a sidebar with icons representative of the device type.
Must be optional for me. The current design allows me a simple, clean and small file selector.

Re: amigainput prefs 53.10 missing feature

@chris:
AmigaInput crashed before I got far enough to investigate
Maybe you should post that crashlog somewhere. I think it is important to have a robust and functional amigainput.library.

Re: amigainput prefs 53.10 missing feature

@chris:
I don't get the difference here, because the controller seems to have two identical analog sticks. However that Z axis/rotate works well if you calibrated and you can even remap that to lowlevel.library which is not true for the hat switch.

amigainput prefs 53.10 missing feature

There is a joypad with a digital top hat switch as it shown below. http://www.kezdobetu.hu/temp/ai1.png When this device is assigned to a lowlevel.library gamepad or joystick the top hat switch is not shown in the directional remapping cycle gadget. This would be the natural selection for digital co...
