Re: Workbench DSI plus ISI before opening screen
If this happens again I will write stuff the old fashioned way, unless I don't have time for that. Or can I choose to save to HDD after the fact? I lose anything in RAM: because of reboot.

Re: SDK and SDL installation broken?
There does not need to be anything wrong. You should use gmake for any work where non-native paths are encountered during building.

Workbench DSI plus ISI before opening screen
Starting OS 4.1 (update six, maybe five earlier), Grim Reaper opens for Workbench before Workbench windowscreen is open. It is a DSI, I ignored it the last time and ISI prevented continuing. I have had the DSI happen at least twice. Having perused my startup-sequence which looks quite standard indee...

Re: Text Mode in Workbench Windows
Also on the same topic, when viewing a drawer in regular Icon mode there is no option to do the same. Bound scrolling. Both should be ON by default. Agreed. Both should be ON and without any WB configuration needed. Changing something will of course make for a longer changelog, but this one would c...

Re: C:list - does not sort large files right
List from 2008 is by far not the oldest from C:.
The only version of list in that update is 37.5 I'm afraid.

C:list - does not sort large files right
Program: C:list Version: List 53.1 (16.6.08) I have a file of 2300362796 bytes. If I do "list sort size" on the directory with this file, it will come up first instead of last. Files below the 2 GB barrier are sorted in an ascending order, ie. the largest is last as it is documented. And v...

Re: USB issue
I got two USB controllers and using them together, taking one of them out, plugging it in etc makes either "AmigaInput" or something related to the USB-stack crash (don't remember what at the time of writing). Did you use two controllers with an earlier "4.1"? Are you using some...

Re: Amidock and scripts
It's "script". If I remove the s flag it becomes ascii.

Amidock and scripts
So your scripts don't run from Amidock, but open into Multiview, since 4.1u4. It's because while I'm sure the script has the "s" protection flag (or else it would never have worked without an icon), now you need a "what should I do" icon, too. Ie. just copy some icon for the scri...
