Re: First keyboard press eaten...
I can lose the first keypress on my A1-XE using a PS/2 keyboard. It usually happens after a really bad crash, that locks up the machine and requires a case reset. In that case I can be sure that the first keypress is going to be lost. Using USB keyboards, the first keypress is sometimes lost. It var...

Re: SilverGreen Theme problems
Maybe I'm making a fool of myself (showing my ignorance), but:
What are these themes you are talking about? Where do they come from? How do you select them?
If they are not a part of OS4, then we can't help you in this forum.

Re: What I expect on Update3
@Mrodfr: I can't answer all of your questions - no one can, since the exact contents of Update3 are not frozen in concrete. It's a snapshot of the current development status. We have a version of Update 3 that is being tested at the moment. There have been more than six versions to test already. It'...

Re: Opening windows on Frontmost screen
I don't know whether this would work, but it's worth a try. It certainly works in some other applications.

Re: Storage Devices (Icon bug)
If it helps you, I can say that I wrote a bug report about this many years ago. There are many comments attached to that report over the years, from several devs, all trying to work out what is wrong.
The bug report is still open.

Can you tell us exactly how the USB stick was formatted and how the transfer was started?

Re: Storage Devices (Icon bug)
It is a long-standing bug. It's probably the same problem as when you Quick Format a volume, giving it the same name as before, you end up with two identical icons on the WB.
It's not likely to be fixed for Update 3, there are more urgent things to do...

Re: WBPattern Prefs
We can't close the subject yet, I haven't finished arguing! If I choose a huge picture (raw from camera, more than 2500x1500), then select "Test" in the WBPattern Prefs, it certainly shows a different part of the picture with "Center" and "Tile". "Center" show...
