So i solved the problem now. It depend on an old Phython-Installation on my system. Now update 6 is installed and os4 works fine.

Ok, i install Update 5 once more, but no difference...Update 6 crashes. So i decidet to install OS4.1 new and than will see what happens.

Is it possible to install Update 6 without Installation-Utility?

Yes Python works fine on my system. I forget to tell, that the crash is close before the files will copied at the time when he make a backup of the prefs and kicklayout etc.
