Is it directly set into the PCI slot?
I do not have a serial link-up - but I just ordered one - meantime I'll see if I can resolve the problem without it.....

In my X5000/20 i have 2 PCIe->PCI->SATA controllers which work (although a slow solution) - in case of X5000/40 the MediaToolbox does not list sii3512ide.device as an option (it is enabled in the Kicklayout file) - any suggestions? Is this device no longer supported?

With the X5000/20 there was U-Boot options for f.ex animate boing ball and number of iterations - with the X5000/40 U-Boot (molsen-2018-10-05) env I can't find similar options - what are the options here in that regard.
