first of all you need the latest amiupdate (i guess you already have installed it): v2.55
then, most important, you need amissl v4 to be installed for using it with amiupdate.

you can grab v4 from here:
https://github.com/jens-maus/amissl/releases/download/4.12/AmiSSL-4.12.lha

just install it ...

seems so.

i mean finally the dns entry is working again and the servere can be reached. but it shows nothing currently.
i hope rigo is working on this issue.

i have an Eizo Felxscan EV3895 here.
it offers a resolution of 3840x1600x60
i can not connect it to the amiga with that resolution in 60hz. it only works with 30hz. using a "Radeon R9 270X Devil"
it is connected via HDMI.
i *guess* that the HDMO port of that graphicscard only supports up to 30 hz in ...

checking my upd2 copy on disk the amigaboot file is identical to the upd1 file.

IIRC, the "... Linux only" forums are only shown if you haven't deselected them. In the infancy of those forums, a lot of people complained that they weren't interested in all the Linux material, so some form of preference ...
