Problem solved, after some mailing with Hyperion i got this reply.

Happy days! Because of your report and helpful information we were able to find and fix a bug on the AmiUpdate server side, which prevented proper function of AmiUpdate.

I sent a mail to Hyperion about it, sent my au.log, see if they can see what the issue is.

Have you checked that you are still registered for your copy of 4.1 FE for Sam460 on the Hyperion site? If not, try making the registration again.

Hello!

I am having some troubble with Amiupdate not finding the AmigaOS system updates.
Thirdparty uppdates from Codebench works fine.

I have tryed to register my 4.1FE as both AmigaOne 500 and Sam 460 if that would be the issue.
Not sure what i could have been doing wrong here to any help would ...

Have you tryed another keyboard? I had the same problem crashed about 9 out of 10 keyboard resets, i bought a new keyboard and the problem solved itself.

I have tryed booting from 2 diferent floppy disks, 2 AOS4.1 cd's, from os3.x, several hdd's, every possible filesystem.
Everything works great, untill the last part of the installation when i get the error...
