It's a 550w PS which meets the requirements of the graphics card. It's possible that's the problem but I don' think it would be that big of a power load just booting. There is no signal to the monitor as soon as I hit Enter.

I have one of these cards and tried it in my X5000 running Fienix. I boot into the uboot menu, go to Command Line and enter the commands to boot Fienix and as soon as I hit Enter the screen goes black and there is no signal to the monitor.
