Just a quick enquiry to see if the timezone files are maintained, and if they're custom or generated from something like the TZDATA used by many operating systems?
I ask, because the Australia.timezone file is dated at 2008, and it includes DST rules for Western Australia, which was a 3 year trial ...

How does AmigaOS 4.x handle PC-Style keyboard mapping?
I'm interested in how AmigaOS 4.x handles mapping a standard PC-style keyboard (with Windows keys etc) to be used as an Amiga keyboard.
Is there any sort of documentation about PC-Style (10keyless and 101/104/105 key boards) keycodes mapping to Amiga keyboards in AmigaOS 4.x?

Re: [Newbie] Hello... I am lost.
Where does IExec come from?
If you run without startup code, the system provides IExec to you.
Thanks. I found this in the AmigaOS Wiki moments ago:
Except where noted, each example was linked with the standard newlib startup code which provides the following interfaces: IExec, IDOS and ...

So I've wanted to get into development for AmigaOS since I did the retro kick in 2007 or so. The retro kick is gone now, and I want to focus on developing for PPC OS4.x. I have my eye on a project on the OpenAmiga.org site, but I'm nowhere near competent enough to even volunteer yet. I've ...
