If you need both systems to have full resolution (and I would, of course, if I were using both), maybe an option could be to have both your second and your third solution connected simultaneously, i.e. a straight HDMI cable for MorphOs and a straight DVI DL cable for AmigaOS.
Have you tested that ...

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
It seems that AmigaOS is preferring the DVI port on the video card and is not showing any image when only HDMI is plugged in.
My experience is the same, using a Sapphire Radeon R5 230 card. No picture past the boot logo when plugged over HDMI.
and to just accept that 2560x1600 is not usable in ...

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
Following the advice of you guys here in the forum I have done some testing on my configuration between AmigaOS and MorphOS:
DVI to HDMI adapter to HDMI cable
- AmigaOS: maximum resolution 1920x1200 without any issue (2560x1600 gives distortions)
- MorphOS: maximum resolution 2560x1600 without ...

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
As promised some screenshots:
At first sight the resolution 2560x1600 looks fine if you take a look at the desktop as is seen in the screenshot I have taken with my phone:

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
"Somewhat unclear" sounds as though the picture is in scan sync but has bad resolution. Can you provide us with a camera shot of portion of the display?
I will try to make a picture of the screen later today to give a better picture of what is really happening in both 1920x1200 (which looks fine ...

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
I am now able to run 1920 x 1200 without any issues. However when I want to try the native resolution of my monitor I get garbled text and a somewhat unclear picture. I am wondering why this is happening? It is showing up as valid resolution but it is unusable once chosen. Is your DVI cable a DVI ...

Re: AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
I am not able to set my resolution for my monitor higher than 1920 x 1080 [...] Is there a way to fix this in AmigaOS?
I doubt AmigaOS is at fault here. I have a Sapphire Radeon R5 230 card in my X5000, and I run 1920x1200 happily. I use straight DVI connection, though (no adaptor).

AmigaOS maximum resolution (Radeon R5 230)
Because I want to be able to triple boot (AmigaOS / MorphOS / Ubuntu) my X5000 I have installed the ASUS Radeon R5 230 in my system. However after installing AmigaOS 4.1 and all (1.3 & 1.4) enhancer updates I am not able to set my resolution for my monitor higher than 1920 x 1080.

Re: multiple ssd drives
@Spectre660
Thank you very much for your answer! I am however not very familiar with the Uboot syntax and struggle a bit to get it working here.
I was following the X5000 blog (https://amigax5000.blog/2017/07/23/installing-linux-on-the-x5000/) for this installation but I am somehow a bit stuck on ...

Re: multiple ssd drives
This week the Marvel controller arrived and I was able to see the connected SSD when trying to intall Ubuntu on it. So that Marvel controller seems to work fine indeed!
The setup I want to have is:
SSD1 on SATA port 0 on the Cyrus board: AmigaOS
SSD2 on SATA port 1 on the Cyrus board: MorphOS
