Re: Default atime/relatime/noatime setting: Udisks2

Found finally a solution to the Udisk2 issue, just by testing... The "allow=" string was not able prevent the system from using the 'relatime' default for randomly mounted volumes. In addition, "default=noatime" was needed! Also "nodiratime" can be made default the same...

Of course... Works fine here! (Iwould not have added 'solved' to the title unless I had tested it myself).

Re: Sata3 controllers

Yes, he uses the pci-e x1 model. Ok - sorry, I read carelessly the link... But I'm surpriced if you self don't use a Sata3 controller?! As a maintainer of this Amiga Linux/Kernel business, you must do a lot of testing and reboot your machine continuously... Do you have the nerves for waiting the 's...

Setting Odyssey as default tool in Deficons? (Solved)

How could I use Odyssey as default tool in Deficons? When I tried to change the default tool for 'html' from the original 'multiview' to 'path/Odyssey', and then clicked a .html file, Odyssey started normally (showing the path was correct) but only with an empty window. The file was ok, too, as Odys...

Re: Sata3 controllers

Spectre660 uses a SATA 3 controller (Marvel 88SE9215 chipset) Link . Thanks for the tip! @Sepctre, if you are reading this, what model are you using? Is it pci-e x1? I am also considering this model from Delock: https://www.delock.com/produkte/S_89389/merkmale.html Has anyone tested it? It has both...

Re: HyperX fury 8gb ram 1866MHz

Anybody have any experience with DDR3 1866mhz RAM in a X5020? I have been offered a free pair of HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz(2x4GB 1866MHz (PC3-14900) DDR3 CL10), and was just wondering if it was worth putting it in. At the moment I have the standard 1333 Corsair modules. On the wiki it says 1600mhz R...
