I may have access to another A1XE motherboard that has a G4 Megarray cpu module but has issues with the mainboard. I also have a micro a1c, and was wondering if the G4 CPU from the A1XE could be installed onto the micro a1c without problems?

I know they are supposed to use the same CPU connector ...

While I'm still working to get my AmigaOneXE to work, I was able to pick up used micro-A1C, which is a fun little computer. It has a licensed copy of OS4.1, updated to the absolute latest.

I noticed that many times, I have to rebuild my internal ethernet settings before I can ping even ...

I'm going to tear down the machine, build back up with just a DVD drive, maybe a different harddrive and put them on separate headers both as master and only have the AGP card and a single RAM SIMM.

I'll then do a factory reset of the UBOOT parameters and go through the setup guide very carefully ...

I did follow that. I will look again though in case I missed something. About to change the cables and move the HDD to the other internal IDE header as master instead of slave too.

I changed the debuglevel to 20 and also changed the pci_irqa to something else because it had the same value as pci_irqc.

The last line shows that LoadWB is the last thing called (the DH0 partition is named AmigaOS4.0:) and then nothing.

So, added "serial" at the end of bootargs in the uboot settings. What debug level is recommended? with 0, i only saw the ide device list, so I changed to 1 and this is the only output I got:
