there is originally no USB3.0 port. But you can use PCI-e x1 USB 3.0 card and connect to blue USB ports on top of the case. Of course, you cannot reach max. USB3.0 speed (600MB/s) because of PCI-e x1 slot (250MB/s) but speed increase is great especially with long files.USB2.0:

All this is slightly offtopic - all USB ports on Nemo motherboard are USB 2.0 - I suppose that USB3.0 was recomended due to read speed.
