Hello
I am wondering how you can revert back to the old AmigaOS 2/3 mouse pointer (and back to the modern pointer)
And an oddity, this short, red, 45 degree-ish pointer is the default pointer in the pointer preferences program but
this pointer does not reside in System Partition<Prefs<Presents<Pointers.
if I were to use an other pointer, how can I find this 'default' one again?
Cheers

The default 32bit pointer is here: envarc:Sys/def_pointer.info
so rename that and reboot and you wil get an old style pointer.

Thank you Andy
Perhaps a Checkbox in the Pointer pref to switch between old and new pointer would be handy?
e.g. "Use Classic Pointer"
Otherwise the use of the pointer pref might be confusing to new comers
and if the old pointers show up in more user screenshots due it being easier to switch to then old timers or outsiders might find that appealing and are more enticed switch to OS4.
Just my two cents
Cheers
