I have one 7750 and 1 x Firepro (I removed the out hdmi cable from this card). Using Kernel 5 rc7 (not the special one you made for me with no DRM changes) the system boots using the hdmi output from the 7750 but it is in fact the Firepro providing the output (weird me thinks!). All works well with acceleration. Basically I save one input slot on my monitor now -:) So yes I would say kernel 5 solves the issue.
