There has been talk about the problems with early revisions of PCI bridge on CMI8738 boards... How can you check the revsion number of that 'bridge'? Is it printed on some chip on the board?
Can anyone give a tip for a source from where to get a CMI8738 PCI-e(1x) with a working brigde revision? There are several resellers in amazon.uk stocking that board, but there is no information about the bridge revision.
