Got it done and working by following some instructions for G3 macs.
Have used it with open with and custom Command Line option .
Cyrus will have this issue too due to no altivec .
Thanks, what about using VLC?

Thanks, such optimized versions really do help on not so strong systems.

Why all Spectre messages are blank?

What about VLC SAM460ex version?

Sam Mplayer2 for Lubuntu 14.04.
http://www.xenosoft.de/mplayer2-2.0-701-gd4c5b7f.tar.gz

copy the mplayer file in the archive to /usr/local/bin
install smplayer and run. (sudo apt-get install smpiayer)
Select options and then preferences from the Smplayer menu.
use the mplayer executable: option to set the mplayer used to /user/local/bin/mplayer .
Select audio.
change the output driver to alsa (0,0 - Cirrus Logic CS4281).
Click on Apply then ok

Drag and drop an audio file or Video file into the Smplayer window.
