SDK for AmigaOS3.1.4?

Now that that AmigaOS3.1.4 has long filename support.
and large file support (in the new OS3.1.4 DOS.library).

There are lots of functions marked as obsolete for AmigaOS4.1, and I guess that’s also true for AmigaOS3.1.4.

And what else that’s should be new in AmigaOS3.1.4.

As stated on the front page of the wiki, "Here we collect all information for users and developers of AmigaOS version 4.0 and beyond." The wiki does not apply to anything earlier.

As for an SDK for 3.1.x I have no idea.

AFAIK dos.library has not been touched in 3.1.4, so no, it's not true.
