[BUG]: Notification/Ringhio-Depth gadget not working

Ringhio is preventing the depth gadget from bringing a window back if overlapping a notfication popup/window

Here's the problem.

A notification windows fades in
As soon as it is (being) drawn (visible) one can *only* bring a window to front with the depth gadget if this window overlaps the notification popup/window but *never* to the back (it simply refuses to).

While i understand that notfications are meant to be always on top this should not prevent an overlapping window from being brought back of *other* windows.

i.e. i have owb open which partly overlaps the notification popup
i have a smaller yam window open which is partly behind owb
i can never bring owb to the back (and as such yam to front) when the notfication popup is visible

ok, i could use the depth gagdet of yam, but what about a window that is completely behind owb?

Yes, this appears to have an entry in BugZilla. But not sure if I am allowed to say what progress has (or has not) been made with it though.

Yes, this is the problem with "normal" non-stick-to-top windows being unaware of stick-to-top windows and trying to get infront of them before deciding it's time to go back on the next click. I'm sure it must have been addressed since it is a very obvious and annoying bug involving all stick-to-top windows, like AmiDock if it is configured that way.
