ROM 3.1.4 works only with disabled Datacache

Hello
I own A1200 equipped with Blizzard 1260/50MHz 64MB RAM, 4GB CF IDE
I had problems to run AmigaOS3.1.4 with ROMs 3.1.4 mounted in Amiga1200- it ended with System Failure C:CPU #80000008
first fix was disabling Caches in BootMenu (holding mouse buttons on startup), later I found this solution:
Fix was to add NOCACHE after C:CPU CHECKINSTALL - so the line in SS was: C:CPU CHECKINSTALL NOCACHE, then it boots ok, but with no caches, so the system was slow.
I was told, that faster ROMs with 3.1.4 will fix my problem, so I have bought another ROMs burned (120ns) and results were the same.
I experimented a little so: I disabled only DATACACHE so it goes little bit faster, but after enabling DATACACHE the system fails
AmigaOS3.9 works fine perfectly
Any ideas?
Seems to be a hardware problem with my Blizzard - incompatibility with some software thing, because on partition were is AmigaOS3.9, boots, and works very fast!
