CF Card - Correct Format for AOS Use [SOLVED]

Hello all,
So I have a Lexar Professional 800x 16 GB CF card. (Got a great deal on a two pack). I am not running Linux.
After dabbling with Linux Kernels I decided to perform a full erase as a MBR MSDOS on my Mac. Reinstalled it in my x1000 and noticed that my partition options under AOS4.1 is DOS/03 (currently) or DOS/07 with a Block Size of 1024. It will not allow SFS-02 (Unreadable). I guess my question is what can I do with it? Is it okay to format it as DOS/07 and store "amigaboot.of" backup or would this conflict with the "amigaboot.of" already located in the "BDH0" partition of my Hard Drive?
With it partitioned as DOS/03, considering options for storage. Anyone have advice on this?
Thanks!
Cheers!!
