Hi all,
Since installing 4.1 FE, drag and drop no longer works on Filer. Can anyone else replicate this?
Thanks.

Re: Filer - drag and drop?
You probably haven't got FilerCX setup properly. (or even running?)
The HOME tooltype must be right and point to the directory where Filer lives.
Even when you have drag drop is quirky.
Drag and drop to workbench always seem to work, drag and drop to other filers is abit of a lottery, and seems to depend on how you launched the filer.

And the double click on the desktop *cough* *sorry* Workbench to launch Filer is not too reliable, either.drag and drop to other filers is abit of a lottery, and seems to depend on how you launched the filer.

FilerCX is running. HOME tooltype is set correctly.
I'm aware of Filer's shortcomings, the greatest of which is that it's unbelievably slow. If I need to copy alot of files, I fire up DOpus 4 or 5, but for most day-to-day operations, Filer is bearable.
