I've already changed my main boot partition (DH0:) back to SFS/02 and the alternate partition to FFS. I can try boosting my default stack to 80k on the FFS partition but it seems to me that an inadequate stack would cause problems regardless of the what filesystem is used. I think something changed in AmigaDOS or the filesystems with OS4.1FE because none of the freeze problems or compile slowdowns occurred with Update6. My only reason for switching to an FFS boot partition was to get my fast compile speeds back. Hopefully, Solie can change something in the make command for the next SDK release that will fix my compile speed issues.broadblues wrote:I'd bump that to 80k. 64k never seems quite enough to me.
